Forging Basics is designed to provide learners with an introduction to the basic equipment and terminology associated with modern forge shops and forging operations. When designing a forging, a number of considerations should be understood to maximize the process. The basis for the considerations is important even for beginners to understand. Presented in THORS’ highly visual and interactive learning format, this course will help to educate and enhance the occupational awareness of individuals working in forging-related industries.
